The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment COVID-19 Infection Prevention program is beginning to lead COVID-19 outbreak investigations at all residential care facilities required to follow PHO 20-20. This change will standardize rapid response and ease the workload at local public health agencies (LPHAs).
