Dr. David Shepherd Inducted as Fellow of PALTmed

On March 26, 2026, Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed) announced that David Shepherd DO, MBA, MS, CMD has been inducted into the 60-person inaugural Fellows Class and has been awarded the Fellow of PALTmed (FPALTC) designation.

FPALTC is a prestigious, peer-reviewed credential that publicly acknowledges an individual’s ongoing dedication to the field of post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) medicine.

Dr. Shepherd was recognized for his exceptional dedication and sustained contributions to both PALTmed and PALTC medicine.
